A small studio that ships and sticks around.
LysisFlow Technologies is a remote-first team based in Noida, India, working with clients worldwide. We build websites and apps, run the marketing behind them, and treat the handover as part of the job.
Most software agencies are built to scale headcount: account managers, project coordinators, a rotating cast of contractors. It works for them, less so for the client who just wanted a straight answer and a working product.
We went the other way. LysisFlow is deliberately small. When you hire us, the people on the kickoff call are the people writing your code and running your campaigns. There’s no handoff to a delivery team, because there isn’t one.
That constraint shapes everything — how many projects we take, how we quote, and why we care so much about documentation. If our involvement ended tomorrow, your team should be able to keep going without us.
Four things we don’t bend on.
Say the real number
If your idea is a two-month build, we say so on the first call. Honest scoping beats a cheap quote that balloons later.
Build for the next developer
Clear code, real docs, a proper handover. You should never be held hostage by the people who built your software.
Small on purpose
No layers between you and the work. Fewer projects at once means the one you’re paying for gets actual attention.
Ship, then improve
We’d rather get a solid v1 live and iterate than polish a v3 that never leaves staging.
The same four steps, every time.
Scope the project
A short call to understand what you are building, what already exists, and what a realistic timeline looks like. No pitch deck required.
Plan and quote
You get a written scope and a fixed quote before anyone writes code. No open-ended hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Build in the open
Regular check-ins and a staging link you can open any time. Nothing is a surprise at handover because you have seen it the whole way.
Ship and support
We deploy, hand over documentation, and stay reachable after launch for fixes, tweaks, and the next round of work.
The problems we were built to fix.
The agency ghosts you after launch
Bugs pile up, replies slow down, and the thing you paid for quietly rots because nobody owns it anymore.
Every small change is a two-week ticket
A copy tweak shouldn’t need a sprint. When the build is a black box, it always does.
Nobody can explain what was built
No docs, no handover. The next developer has to reverse-engineer the whole thing before touching a line.
How we’re different
You talk to the people writing the code
No account managers, no outsourced juniors. The person on the call is the person doing the work.
Fixed scope, fixed quote
You approve a written scope and price before we start. No open-ended hourly billing, no creeping invoices.
It’s documented and handed over
You get the code, the docs, and a walkthrough. If you leave us tomorrow, your team can still run it.
We stick around
Launch is the start, not the exit. We stay reachable for fixes, changes, and whatever comes next.
Tell us what you’re building.
One short call. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a two-week job or a two-month one, and what it would cost.
